I joined the NCP as an alternative career whilst still a major shareholder in business I had established 15 years ago. This was following some long running management and partner ‘issues’. There was no exit strategy for the business or consensus on how to extract the value of 15 years hard work by selling the business. Several attempts to sell the business had failed.
The decision to join the NCP changed my life as it opened up a new range of professional skills and experience not previously available. I was able to tap into these skills and experience.
