Having spent most of my life in various aspects of Corporate Finance and Mergers & Acquisitions I now concentrate on assisting business owners with their exit strategies.
Planning the sale of your business can be a daunting task I will work with you to make the transition as easy as possible. As a business broker I draw on a career as a business owner and executive leader (CEO, COO and CFO) to help you in maximising value.
My Business experience tends to be in IT, Software, Telecommunications and Financial services, although I have consulted widely in Food Services, wholesale and Retail as well as specialised manufacturing.
My focus is on mid-sized businesses with a profit (EBITDA) >$1m (or a business value of between $3m and $30m), but am willing to assist smaller businesses.
