Running your own business is not easy, whatever the size, age and market of your business. It is also easy to get lost in working in your business rather than on it. It does not have to be lonely and exhausting. ,we are consulting professionals who have been there, done that.
The Network Of Consulting Professionals is a not-for-profit network, dedicated to the success of our members and their clients. Read more about our commitment to Support, Strengthen and help Succeed.
Our association of senior business advisors combines hundreds of years of experience of consulting to businesses and organisations of all types and sizes, and many more years of business experience, much of it in senior management roles.
The members of our network have a huge variety of general and specialist skills and we are able to provide support and flexible solutions for almost any and every challenge an organisation can face.
We pool our experience, knowledge, tools and systems. Our clients consistently tell us that we have helped them improve their business performance and generally made their lives easier. They agree that our approach is genuinely to take their success personally and that engaging with the NCP is money well spent.
The NCP, A Unique Quality Label For Customers
The Network Of Consulting Professionals is open exclusively to experienced consultants who have deep functional expertise and broad business experience. They know what it takes to be successful. Many have experienced the unique difficulties and loneliness of being the MD/owner of Small or Medium Entreprises (SMEs).
Now they are independent business advisors whose client base is mainly SMEs. The NCP’s extensive selection process ensures the network’s members have the skills and experience to provide effective guidance, mentoring or advice as and when you need them.
Flexible Services Tailored to Clients Needs
The NCP enables its members to offer an ongoing business mentoring program to their clients that delivers integrated solutions and greater value for money than disjointed individual projects. This program typically adds up to 2 days of support per month. And it can vary greatly from client to client or with the need for specialist programs. The scope and format is a function of the clients needs and priorities. It is always agreed before hand. The program is also very flexible over time as it evolves with needs and priorities. It can be cancelled easily, although extended engagements are common.
A Powerful Concept For Consultants too
Enjoying both the Freedom of independence and the power of a top team is a combination that our current members value highly as experienced independent consultants. The conditions of entry into The Network Of Consulting Professionals make mutual trust and sharing of work possible.
The NCP removes the traditional limitations of working as a solo business advisor. Members of The NCP get access to specialist resources, additional skills and knowledge and leading edge tools. These allow members to deliver more value to their clients and extend the length of their engagements. Being actively involved in a group of high calibre business people fuels confidence, pride and energy to seize new bigger opportunities.
A Trusted “By Members For Members” Operational Process
The strength of The Network Of Consulting Professionals is reinforced by its leadership style. Members of The NCP make up the Committee leading this not-for-profit association. They are passionate about the values of the network and its contribution to the success of all its members. So are the many members who are actively involved in sub-committees ensuring the optimisation and implementation of the plans.
