Heiner Karst was introduced to me in 2009.  We were a highly technical and

specialised organisation that needed to grow beyond our specialists.  Heiner built a

mentoring and coaching program that helped our senior people become business

builders and our junior people become consultants; they learnt to “fetch”!  That little

company became the backbone of a company that successfully IPO on to the ASX in

2011.  Personally, Heiner is one of a handful of people who I would open up my diary

too just because he was available.  Our discussions have been wide ranging and

thought provoking.. I wouldn’t let him tell people that he was mentoring me… but

suspect that he has helped me “understand”.  He is one the rare few that enjoys

engagement when he can see change and growth.
